The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in marble and natural stone projects, from material selection and fabrication to installation and project completion. The candidate should be capable of combining technical design expertise with hands-on site supervision to ensure that all projects are completed according to company standards, specifications, and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Minimum 3 Years Of Experience Preferred. Supervise all stages of marble works, including cutting, shaping, fabrication, and installation. Prepare accurate and detailed Shop Drawings using AutoCAD. Create 3D models and technical designs using SketchUp. Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Perform quantity surveying and prepare material takeoffs. Prepare cost estimates and price quotations based on project specifications. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and installation teams. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to quality standards. Minimize material waste and improve cost efficiency. Provide practical solutions for site-related challenges. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Previous experience in the marble and natural stone industry is mandatory. Strong experience in marble fabrication and installation supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Proficiency in SketchUp. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation. Ability to prepare Shop Drawings. Excellent understanding of architectural and structural drawings. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills Leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
