Job Description - Provide HR advisory to portfolio companies across varying growth stages - Partner with leadership teams to design and implement people strategies - Drive organisational design, talent planning, and workforce optimisation - Support change management and transformation initiatives - Develop HR frameworks, policies, and scalable operating models - Coach business leaders on HR best practices and people-related challenges - Collaborate with internal investment and operating teams on value creation plans The Successful Applicant - 5+ years of HR experience, ideally spanning consulting and in-house roles - Exposure to private equity, portfolio management, or advisory environments - Strong experience in fast-paced, high-growth or transformation settings - Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders - Solid foundation in organisational design, talent strategy, and change management - Commercial mindset with ability to link HR initiatives to business outcomes What's on Offer This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of HR and investment, partnering with high-growth businesses and experienced investors on impactful transformation initiatives.
