Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Procurement Engineer – MEP to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Real Estate, Construction, Main Contracting, MEP Contracting, with extensive hands-on experience in MEP procurement and project procurement. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end procurement of MEP materials, equipment, systems, and services. • Source and evaluate qualified MEP suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and service providers. • Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, material submittals, and technical requirements. • Handle procurement of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, piping, valves, switchgear, transformers, generators, cables, lighting, and related MEP systems. • Obtain competitive quotations and conduct technical & commercial evaluations. • Lead supplier negotiations covering price, quality, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP suppliers and manufacturers. • Monitor long-lead items, production, approvals, logistics, and site deliveries. • Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality. • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Projects, QS, Commercial, Design, and Site teams to ensure timely procurement.
