Tanker Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities: 1) Daily operations management of assigned vessels under voyage or time charters 2) Performance monitoring for optimised fleet return and efficiency 3) Pre-fixture works, including clearance and preparation, bunker planning and etc, and post-fixture works, including execution of voyage instructions, compliance of charter party, coordination with masters, managers and all concerned parties for smooth completion of voyages. 4) Calculation and collection of freight, hire and demurrage etc 5) Response to incidents, disputes and handling claims Reporting Line: Reporting to the Operations Manager. Requirements: 1) 1 to 3 years’ experience in tanker operation, product/chemical tankers preferred 2) Clear understanding of voyage operation job, and tanker logistics 3) Familiar with tanker charter party basics 4) Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability 5) Capability of working under pressure 6) Integrity at work 7) Fluent in both English and Chinese 8) Singapore PR/Citizen preferred
