Data Center Sales Leader (APAC) - Data Center Cooling We are partnering with a global industrial solutions provider looking to hire a senior leader to drive growth across the APAC data center market, with a strong focus on cooling technologies (liquid & air). Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute APAC growth strategy for data center cooling solutions - Drive business development across hyperscalers, colocation players, OEMs, and integrators - Build and manage senior client relationships across the data center ecosystem - Identify and influence key stakeholders in the specification and procurement process - Track industry trends (immersion cooling, direct-to-chip) and translate into commercial strategy - Collaborate with regional/global teams to capture new opportunities and expand market share - Lead and grow a regional team Requirements: - 15+ years' experience in sales/business development within the data center industry - Strong network across hyperscalers, OEMs, integrators, and consultants - Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and cooling technologies - Proven track record in driving revenue growth in APAC - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - Willingness to travel regionally If you are interested, kindly apply with your latest CV, detailing your sales experience in the data center space.
