Role Overview: The Director of Sponsorship & Partnerships will lead the development, negotiation, and management of sponsorship opportunities, advertising placements, and strategic brand partnerships. This role focuses on building long-term value through external collaborations, sponsorship packages, and innovative monetization of brand assets. Key Responsibilities - Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities aligned with the company's vision and market position - Develop, price, and manage sponsorship and advertising packages tailored to different partner segments - Create and implement ad placement strategies across digital and physical assets to maximize revenue - Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, advertisers, and strategic partners - Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery of all sponsorship rights and benefits - Collaborate with marketing to enhance sponsor visibility and brand alignment - Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, ROI, and renewal opportunities - Explore new partnership models to expand brand reach and commercial value Requirements - 8+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or commercial development - Strong track record in structuring and closing high-value sponsorship deals - Experience in managing advertising inventory and developing monetization strategies - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Established network of potential sponsors and partners is highly desirable
