Director - HRBP

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Director – HR to drive the HR strategy and partner with senior leadership across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong Global HRBP and Corporate HR experience, with a proven track record in managing people, HR operations and strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. • Lead Global HRBP activities and manage HR support across international teams/geographies. • Manage and develop the Corporate HR team and drive HR governance. • Own the complete employee lifecycle – Entry to Exit, including onboarding, career movements, engagement, retention and separation. • Drive performance management, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement. • Handle employee relations, POSH, labour law and HR compliance matters. • Lead strategic HR projects, transformation and process improvement initiatives. • Drive people analytics and HR dashboards, using data to identify trends and support business decisions. • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and change management. Key Requirements • 15–18 years of HR experience, preferably in IT / ITES / Technology / Services. • Strong Global HRBP / Strategic HRBP experience. • Experience managing corporate HR teams and senior stakeholders. • Strong exposure to employee lifecycle management, performance management, POSH and employee relations. • Proven experience in leading HR projects and transformation initiatives. • Strong analytical and data-driven approach with good understanding of HR metrics. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and leadership skills. • MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources preferred.
