Job Description - Perform clinic administrative duties (Register patients, attend to any inquiries, scheduling of appointments, surgery related matters etc) and general admin duties (filing, handling cash & checks receipts). - Booking of operating theatres, anaesthetists, hospital accommodation, etc for inpatient or day surgery procedures. - Liaising with hospital and patient on matters in relation to outpatient and inpatient matters - Follow up on patient's review, patient's postoperative recovery. - Maintenance of the clinic and ensure stock inventory - Rendering patient care in an outpatient and/or day surgery setting. - Assist in clinic and surgical procedures in an outpatient and day surgery setting. - Perform the management of patients' corporate insurance claims, by utilising the different corporate insurance claims portals - Perform the management of patients' Medisave and claims, by utilising the MediClaim portal - Communicate and liaise with insurance companies and vendors on all necessary matters - Advise patients on insurance related matters, if applicable.
