Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reservations Agent role located in the United Arab Emirates. As a Reservations Agent, you will handle customer inquiries and bookings over the phone and manage reservations systems efficiently. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensure accurate recording of booking details, and liaise with other departments to fulfill guests' needs. The position also entails basic receptionist duties, such as responding to emails and welcoming guests. Timely communication, maintaining professional demeanor, and delivering high-quality service are essential aspects of this role. Qualifications - Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling Reservations - Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service and Communication - Experience with receptionist tasks and general front desk operations - Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software - Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus - Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
