Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Electrical Engineer to support our Operation & Maintenance projects and oversee electrical maintenance activities during the assigned shift. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise electrical maintenance and operational activities during the assigned shift - Prepare and follow up on work orders - Review technical and shift reports - Respond to emergency maintenance requirements - Coordinate with the Executive Engineer - Direct and support maintenance teams - Monitor performance and prepare KPI reports - Ensure proper shift handover and continuity of operations Requirements: - Arabic speaker is required - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering - Minimum 3 years of professional experience - At least 1 year of experience supervising maintenance and operations - Experience in electrical maintenance and O&M environments - Experience with work orders and technical team supervision - Knowledge of KPI monitoring and performance reporting - Good command of English, written and spoken - Proficiency in computer and maintenance management systems - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work on a shift basis
