Finance Transformation Manager - Pricing (Healthcare)

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in strengthening pricing governance, enhancing costing methodologies, and supporting the implementation of a new pricing framework and system within a complex healthcare environment. Job Description - Partner with finance leadership to develop and implement a pricing and costing framework for clinical services - Drive pricing estimation methodologies for surgical and medical procedures - Act as a key liaison between Finance, Clinical Operations, Nursing, Medical Services, IT, and external vendors - Collaborate with vendors on the implementation of pricing and estimation system - Review and streamline finance workflows, controls, and governance processes - Prepare business requirements, policies, documentation, and management reports - Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies across finance functions - Provide project leadership and stakeholder management throughout the transformation journey The Successful Applicant - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline - Professional qualification such as HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA or equivalent - At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, costing, pricing, financial governance, or finance transformation - Prior experience within hospitals, healthcare providers, or healthcare-related organisations is highly preferred - Strong understanding of costing methodologies, pricing structures, and financial controls - Fluent in English and Chinese What's on Offer - High-impact finance transformation project within the healthcare sector - Exposure to senior management and strategic decision-making - Opportunity to work on pricing governance and system development initiatives - Dynamic, stakeholder-facing role with significant cross-functional exposure Contact: Quote job ref: JN-082026-7089573
