Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and fashion-focused Product Content & Catalog Specialist to join our team in Dubai. Location: Business Bay, Dubai Employment Type: Full-time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Review and approve products uploaded by sellers and internal teams. • Verify product details, including titles, descriptions, sizes, colors, prices, materials, and images. • Ensure all product content follows company guidelines, brand tone, and catalog standards. • Accurately categorize products across Men’s & Women’s Fashion. • Identify incorrect or incomplete information and request necessary revisions. • Coordinate with the Vendor Onboarding Team to resolve product discrepancies. • Maintain catalog consistency and quality to ensure a smooth customer shopping experience. • Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, sizing standards, and product terminology. • Assist with bulk catalog uploads using Excel/CSV templates. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. • Experience in e-commerce, fashion, retail, product catalog management, merchandising, or content operations is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of fashion products, fabrics, sizing, colors, and terminology. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. • Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
