Logistics Manager – Construction ( On shore and off shore) Job Summary: The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning and managing logistics, transportation, material movement, equipment, and site deliveries for construction projects, ensuring efficient and timely support to project operations. Key Responsibilities: - Establish Full logistic plan for the whole project including transportation, material deliveries, storage, and distribution to off shore and on shore sites. - Manage logistics operations for infrastructure and marine construction projects. - Coordinate movement of heavy equipment, machinery, materials, and marine-related resources. - Manage logistics subcontractors, suppliers, transporters, and service providers. - Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, construction, and project teams. - Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, permits, and applicable regulations. - Monitor logistics costs, schedules, resources, and operational efficiency. - Resolve transportation, delivery, customs, and site logistics issues. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 20+ years of logistics experience, preferably with construction/contracting/Marine companies. - - Excellent coordination, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
