ob Title: Business Setup Advisor / Corporate Services Advisor A Business Setup Advisor assists entrepreneurs, investors, and companies in establishing and operating their businesses in the UAE.Key Roles & Responsibilities - Advise clients on the best UAE business setup options including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business activities and license types. - Provide guidance on company formation, trade licenses, visas, and corporate structures. - Assist clients with documentation and application processes. - Coordinate with UAE government authorities and Free Zones. - Handle license issuance, renewal, amendments, and cancellations. - Advise clients regarding Investor Visa, Employment Visa, Golden Visa, and dependent visas. - Assist with corporate bank account opening and banking documentation. - Provide guidance on PRO services and government approvals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. - Generate new business through sales, referrals, networking, and digital leads. - Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business. - Ensure excellent customer service throughout the company formation process. - Maintain knowledge of UAE laws, Free Zone regulations, and business setup procedures. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and business setup packages.Required Skills ✔ Excellent communication and sales skills ✔ Knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation ✔ Understanding of UAE visas and immigration procedures ✔ Customer relationship management ✔ Business development and negotiation skills ✔ Knowledge of corporate banking procedures ✔ Ability to handle multiple clients and applications ✔ Arabic knowledge is an advantageIdeal Experience Experience: 2–5+ years in UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred Location: UAE Industry: Corporate Services / Business Setup / PRO ServicesShort Professional Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Setup Advisor to assist clients with UAE company formation and corporate services.
