Senior/HR Manager (Employee Relations), 11-month contract

What The Role Is You will be part of the Employee Relations team responsible for driving employee engagement, well-being and recognition initiatives to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture within PUB. What You Will Be Working On Your key responsibilities include: - Implement and manage staff well-being policies, programmes and initiatives, taking into consideration organisational needs, workforce trends and emerging developments - Oversee insurance-related matters - Plan, coordinate and manage staff engagement and appreciation programmes What We Are Looking For - Degree in Human Resource or related discipline, with relevant working experience preferred - Good writing, communication and thinking skills - Able to work effectively within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities - Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff - Able to work well independently and in a team Work Location: PUB Waterhub @ 80 Toh Guan Road East
