Position - Fan Operations Coordinator Duration - 3 months Location - Riyadh/Jeddah/Khobar, Saudi Arabia An exciting opportunity to support the delivery of Fan Operations for a high-profile, major international sporting event in Saudi Arabia. Key responsibilities: • Support fan and spectator operations across tournament venues • Coordinate fan entry, wayfinding, crowd flow and spectator movement • Support fan zones, fan activities and information points • Coordinate with venue, security, transport, accreditation and other operational teams • Support volunteers, stewards and fan-facing staff during matchdays • Conduct venue checks and provide on-ground operational support • Track and resolve operational issues throughout the event Required Qualifications • Experience in event, venue, stadium, fan or spectator operations • Experience with major sporting events, football tournaments, festivals or large-scale events • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground event environment Interested?
