Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join a leading architecture and engineering consultancy in Dubai, working on some of the region’s most prestigious and complex developments. We are specifically looking for candidates with proven experience across: - Luxury Hotels & Hospitality - High-Rise Commercial Developments - High-Rise Residential Projects Key Responsibilities - Lead BIM implementation and delivery across major projects. - Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination across architectural, structural and MEP teams. - Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows and project protocols. - Lead clash detection, model coordination and BIM reviews. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders. - Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards and deadlines. - Manage and mentor BIM teams while driving BIM best practices. Requirements - 8+ years of BIM experience, including experience in a BIM management/leadership position. - Strong project experience in luxury hospitality, high-rise commercial and high-rise residential developments. - Advanced knowledge of Revit and Navisworks. - Strong understanding of BIM standards, coordination and multidisciplinary workflows. - Experience managing BIM teams and coordinating complex projects. - Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. - UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
