Hedge Fund Sales (Based Dubai)

The Role A leading global financial technology and brokerage firm is expanding its Dubai team and is seeking a Senior Sales professional with strong experience across interest rate derivatives. You will cover portfolio managers at leading hedge funds, providing actionable trade ideas, market insight, trade analysis and optimisation across listed interest rate options and OTC swaps. The role will work closely with execution traders and sales associates, with responsibility for developing client relationships, generating revenue and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities - Develop and present actionable interest rate trade ideas - Provide trade analysis and optimisation for client requests - Build and deepen relationships with portfolio managers - Generate sales across interest rate derivatives - Work closely with execution and sales teams - Train and mentor junior sales professionals Requirements - Strong experience in interest rate derivatives sales and/or trading - Experience covering interest rate options and/or OTC swaps - Established relationships with buy-side clients / hedge funds - Strong commercial, communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced markets environment Location: Dubai, DIFC Venquis is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
