QA/QC Executive (MEP Background)

QA/QC Executive Key Experience Required: - QA/QC inspection experience in MEP works for residential/commercial buildings. - Experience with water heaters, thermostats, plumbing fixtures and associated MEP installations. - Knowledge of MEP material inspection and installation inspections. - Inspection of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical works as applicable. - Experience checking installation against approved drawings, specifications and method statements. - Preparation and maintenance of Inspection Requests (IR), checklists, NCRs and quality documentation. - Conducting site inspections and identifying defects, deviations and workmanship issues. - Coordination with MEP contractors, consultants, site engineers and project teams. - Familiarity with testing & commissioning of MEP systems. - Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements and approved materials. - Experience in snagging, de-snagging and final inspection. Preferred Product/System Experience The candidate should ideally have hands-on exposure to: - Water heaters - Thermostats - Pumps - Plumbing systems - Water supply and drainage - Electrical connections for MEP equipment - HVAC systems - Sanitary fixtures - MEP equipment installation - Testing & commissioning
