AVIATION FUEL OPERATIONS Head| Integrated Energy Group | UAE A large, integrated energy operator in the UAE is looking for a senior Aviation Fuel Operations leader to own the end-to-end Jet A-1 supply chain across UAE and overseas activities. This is a confidential search — full details shared with shortlisted candidates. The role You'll set operational policy and technical standards across the full aviation-fuel chain — ship supply, terminals, airport storage, hydrant systems, bowsers and into-plane services. You'll own Jet A-1 quality assurance end to end, lead aviation-facility projects from design through commissioning, and represent the business on joint-venture management committees. You'll also hold governance of aviation refuelling-liability insurance — this mandate carries real commercial and stakeholder weight alongside the operational scope. What we're looking for - An engineering degree, plus 6+ years specifically in the Jet Fuel industry - 10 years + total experience. Ideally 15 years + - At least 2 years as an Operations Manager in a reputable aviation-fuel operation, ideally multi-site - 3+ years of aviation-facility construction, maintenance or project-management exposure - Direct Jet A-1 QC/QA ownership and strong working knowledge of JIG/EI/AFQRJOS/IATA standards - Experience supporting tenders, agreements and JV/stakeholder governance - Awareness of aviation-fuelling liability and contractual risk Why this role - A rare combination of operational, commercial and JV-governance scope in one mandate - Tax-free salary, full relocation and family package, and international schooling allowances typical of senior GCC energy roles - Move into one of the most active and fastest-growing energy hubs globally, with a genuinely multinational leadership team
