Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Contractor role based in Jiddah. The Contractor will participate in daily construction activities, follow project plans, and support the site team in completing tasks such as preparing materials, assisting with installations, and ensuring that work areas remain safe and organized. The role includes reading or interpreting basic drawings and instructions, coordinating with supervisors about progress and issues, and reporting any safety hazards or delays. The Contractor will also help maintain tools and equipment, comply with local regulations and company policies, and contribute to meeting project deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications - Ability to understand and follow construction plans, basic drawings, and site instructions. - Knowledge of general construction practices, building methods, and safe use of tools and equipment. - Awareness of workplace safety standards and commitment to using personal protective equipment. - Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with supervisors and colleagues. - Basic problem-solving skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks on schedule. - Physical ability to perform on-site work, including standing, lifting, and working in outdoor conditions. - Previous experience in construction or contracting is preferred but not required for motivated learners. - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in construction is an advantage.
