Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist – Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery (Female) - Dubai

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist with advanced expertise in minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynecological procedures to join a leading healthcare institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive women’s healthcare services with a strong focus on advanced laparoscopic surgery, high-risk obstetrics, and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology consultations and treatment - Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, antenatal and postnatal care - Perform advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive gynecological surgeries - Conduct cesarean sections and emergency obstetric procedures - Diagnose and manage gynecological disorders including fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and infertility-related conditions - Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DHA and international healthcare standards - Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and medical education activities Requirements - Medical Degree with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Fellowship/Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Advanced training and proven expertise in laparoscopic gynecological surgery - Female candidate preferred as per operational requirement - DHA License Eligibility or active DHA License preferred - Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience - Strong expertise in minimally invasive gynecologic procedures and obstetric management - Excellent communication and patient-care skills Benefits - Competitive tax-free salary package - Family benefits and medical insurance - Annual airfare allowance - Professional development opportunities - Modern multidisciplinary healthcare environment - Supportive clinical and surgical infrastructure
