Senior Executive - Development Projects [ITE Headquarters] – 2 Yr Contract

[What the role is] As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas. [What you will be working on] You will be involved in the Development Projects including upgrading of ITE’s training facilities. Your key responsibilities include the following: - Implement upgrading of ITE’s facilities including taking charge of the project from inception to completion; - Formulate and implement systems and procedures to ensure that the projects are well-managed and in compliance with statutory requirements; and - Manage the contractors to ensure that the contractual obligations and deliverables are met. [What we are looking for] - Relevant credentials in M&E Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Building/Estates Management or other building-related disciplines; - At least 2 years of relevant work experience; - Ability to handle contract administration, including variations, Extension of Time (EOT), and final accounts; and - Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. - Preferably with experience in formulating tender documents and/or coordinating with a team of consultants, including Structural Engineers, Architects, M&E Engineers, and Landscape Architects.
