The Opportunity - Opportunity to work in a renowned Tech company, Our client is a fast-growing global SaaS organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring across APAC. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing in a dynamic, high-growth environment. - Mon - Fri; Office Hours - 12 months (contract conversion / renewal opportunity subjected to performance and business directions) - Salary: Up to $5.5k (subjected to experience) The Talent - Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within the technology or SaaS industry. - Proven experience hiring across multiple functions and geographies within APAC. - Strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Strong communication and consultative partnering abilities. - Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday is advantageous. The Job - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across APAC, from intake briefing through offer management. - Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver hiring plans aligned with business objectives. - Recruit across a variety of functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Finance, Legal and other corporate roles. - Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and market research. - Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent insights to support hiring decisions. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. - Ad hoc HR projects: employer branding and employee experience initiatives Next Step - Simply click on 'Apply here' or email to amelia.lau@adecco.com to drop your resume - All shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
