IT Technical Engineer - Fresh Graduate

We are looking for a Fresh Graduate IT Technical Engineer to join our team and support technical operations, IT systems, and technology-related projects. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT systems - Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems - Support IT projects and technical implementations - Monitor and resolve technical issues in a timely manner - Assist in preparing and updating technical documentation and reports - Coordinate with internal teams to address technical requirements - Stay updated on the latest technologies and technical solutions Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
