Responsibilities - Assist to review and approve marketing materials and provide necessary recommendations - Assist to establish compliance monitoring program on the Company’s various activities, products and workflows to ensure the compliance with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations - Prepare and review policies and procedures to address the relevant legislation and regulation changes - Prepare materials for in-house staff training on relevant compliance topics - Prepare the monthly compliance reports - Assist to conduct on-site compliance checking on local branches and other departments Requirements - University degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines - 2-3 years of compliance or relevant experience gained from financial institution - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in banking / consumer finance industry is an advantage - Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing - Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese - Candidate with less experience will be considered as Compliance Officer - University fresh graduate of legal studies will be considered This is a very rewarding and exciting opportunity.
