Role Overview We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our real estate brokerage business. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns with a strong focus on generating qualified leads for the sales team, increasing brand visibility, and promoting properties across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Marketing Campaigns - Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified real estate leads. - Support paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, social media, property portals, and other relevant digital channels. - Monitor lead quality, campaign performance, conversion rates, and cost per lead. - Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and continuously improve campaign targeting. - Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports. - Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and overall marketing ROI. Digital & Social Media Marketing - Manage and coordinate content across social media platforms. - Create and schedule engaging content for property listings, campaigns, launches, and company updates. - Support digital advertising, retargeting, and lead-generation initiatives. - Monitor engagement, enquiries, and campaign performance. - Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies when required. Property Marketing - Support marketing activities for residential projects and property listings. - Prepare property advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials. - Coordinate photography, videos, reels, and promotional content. - Ensure property listings and marketing materials are accurate and updated. - Support marketing campaigns for new launches, open houses, and sales initiatives. Sales & Marketing Coordination - Work closely with the sales team to understand target audiences and marketing requirements. - Ensure qualified leads are generated and effectively distributed to the sales team. - Maintain marketing, campaign, and lead-generation trackers. - Coordinate with internal teams, property portals, agencies, and external partners. - Assist with events, exhibitions, activations, and promotional campaigns. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related discipline. - Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, or real estate marketing is preferred. - Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage. - Experience or understanding of digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns. - Ability to understand and analyze campaign performance and lead quality. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
