Group Chief Executive Officer

Role Description The Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) at مكتب الأسهم الذكية للإستقدام is a part-time remote role responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and direction across the group’s business activities. The Group CEO will oversee financial performance, operational efficiency, and commercial growth, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and reviewing strategic and business plans, monitoring key performance indicators, guiding senior leaders, and making data-informed decisions on investments, partnerships, and resource allocation. The role also involves building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting business development and sales initiatives, and continuously improving processes and governance. The Group CEO will collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and innovation. Qualifications - Strong Finance and Business Planning skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports, manage budgets, and support sustainable growth. - Proven Operations Management and Strategic Planning experience to optimize processes, set long-term goals, and align resources with organizational priorities. - Demonstrated Sales and commercial acumen, including the ability to drive revenue, identify market opportunities, and support business development efforts. - Leadership and people management capabilities, including mentoring senior leaders, promoting collaboration, and guiding change in a remote environment. - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven and ethical business practices. - Clear and effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. - Experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services sectors is beneficial. - Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent senior executive experience.
