Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role involves advising clients on property purchases, sales, and investments, and guiding them through the entire transaction process. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting proposals, and maintaining accurate records of leads and deals. The Property Consultant will analyse market trends, collaborate with internal teams on marketing and documentation, and ensure a professional, customer-focused experience. The role also requires consistent follow-up with clients and proactive networking to build long-term relationships and expand the client base. Qualifications - Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to advise clients on property options and market opportunities. - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and manage client expectations. - Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing property transactions. - Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, local regulations, and property trends is highly beneficial. - Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain organized documentation of activities. - Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for tracking leads and managing client information. - Previous experience in real estate or related fields is preferred; relevant certifications or licences are an advantage. - Professional demeanour, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset with a commitment to fair and inclusive client interactions.
