Supervisor - BI and Analytics

Description Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Design and implement data strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance clinical and operational efficiencies. - Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. - Oversee the development of advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. - closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and clinical operations, to ensure BI solutions meet business needs. - Evaluate and recommend BI tools and technologies to enhance data visualization, reporting, and analytics capabilities. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. - Present findings and insights to executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of BI initiatives and drive continuous improvement. - Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job. Requirements Job Requirements Skills And Abilities - Proficient in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R). - Strong understanding of healthcare data, including clinical, operational, and financial metrics, with familiarity in EHR systems. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Experience 5+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support, in a similar role. Education Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional) is a plus.
