HRMS Solutions Consultant - Hong Kong (GBA Region)

Executive Summary Our client is a publicly listed ICT powerhouse and a market leader in HRMS solutions across Asia. They are seeking a talented Presales Consultant to drive business growth by targeting MNCs and Hong Kong-based enterprises operating within the Greater Bay Area (GBA). As an HRMS Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with the sales team to secure new business. You will leverage your deep expertise in HR and payroll to translate complex client challenges into tailored software solutions, driving revenue through impactful demonstrations and strategic bid management. Key Responsibilities - Discovery & Demos: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with HR and IT stakeholders. Prepare and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that clearly articulate business value and technical feasibility. - RFP & Bid Management: Own the technical and functional response strategy for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring proposals are competitive, accurate, and compliant. - Compliance & Architecture: Guide clients on local labor law compliance configurations. Map out data integration pathways and articulate technical architecture (e.g., SFTP vs. API) to technical teams with clarity. - Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Sales, Product Management, and Implementation. Provide feedback on market demands and product gaps, and ensure a seamless handover to the post-sales delivery team. - Stakeholder Engagement: Promote enterprise software and services to key accounts in Hong Kong. Establish and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with potential and existing customers. Key Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in HRMS/HCM software (Presales, Implementation, or Solution Consulting). - Solid functional understanding of Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and local labor regulations. - Exceptional presentation and communication skills; able to simplify complex technical or regulatory information for business leaders. - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written). - Experience with DMS, CRM, ERP, Procurement Systems, or AI-related solutions. - Experience handling Government Tenders.
