Key B2G Account Coordinator

The Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented client coordinator especially for our B2G portfolio. He must ensure seamless daily operations for NTSC’s B2G Fleet Maintenance & Mobility projects. The role acts as the primary operational interface between NTSC, Petromin station teams, and B2G clients/ their focal persons, while ensuring service continuity, compliance with contractual obligations, and timely resolution of operational and financial issues. The coordinator supports fleet updates, POS readiness support, and client communication to maintain high service reliability across B2G accounts. Technical / Job-Specific Competencies - Coordinate all daily operational activities for assigned B2G client(s), including maintenance, repairs, and service‑related requirements. - Serve as the primary point of contact for B2G clients on all operational and financial matters. - Ensure full adherence to Petromin Corporate CRA policies and internal governance protocols. - Support fleet‑related updates across POS systems deployed at Petromin service stations. - Drive cross‑functional coordination to ensure service adherence, operational continuity, and timely delivery. - Assist in pricing activities and ensure compliance with all SLA commitments. - Manage incident handling by coordinating with Petromin station teams and escalating issues to management promptly. - Work closely with Finance to support reconciliation activities and ensure timely invoicing uploads. - Support Key Account Managers in collection follow‑ups and financial closure activities. - Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen service reliability and client satisfaction. - Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, timely updates, and effective issue resolution. 1 Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field 2 Experience - +2 years of experience in related field - Experience in ops - Familiarity with online payment platforms and ERP systems preference 3 Additional requirements - Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools - Good analytical and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment 4 Languages Proficiency Fluency in English & Arabic languages
