HR Business Partner - Established Singapore-headquartered food and agribusiness group - Partner Group CEO on Talent, Performance and Organisation Development - HR Transformation, Augment Business Partnering capabilities Responsibilities Reporting to the Group CEO, you will support the organisation's HR transformation agenda, working closely with senior leaders and the HR team to strengthen business partnering and organisational capability. You will contribute to the redesign of the HR operating model, identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working to enhance efficiency and enable the HR team to better support the business. Your remit will also span organisation and workforce planning, talent and succession, performance management and leadership development. Requirements You are an experienced HR professional with broad exposure across business partnering, organisation development, talent and performance management. You bring experience contributing to HR transformation, operating model or capability enhancement initiatives within a commercially driven organisation. Experience in industrial sectors would be advantageous. Hands-on and solutions-oriented, you are comfortable challenging established practices, influencing senior stakeholders and translating business priorities into practical people initiatives.
