Associate Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a great entry point into recruitment for ambitious people with a background in sales, customer service, telesales or other phone-based roles. You don’t need recruitment or technology experience, we’ll provide the training and support to help you build your recruitment career and progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant. What You’ll Be Doing - Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking. - Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate conversations. - Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a great experience. - Support senior consultants with live technology vacancies. - Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews. - Develop your understanding of the technology recruitment market. What We’re Looking For - Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or phone-based roles is advantageous. - Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people. - Ambitious, resilient and motivated by targets. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn. - No previous recruitment experience required.
