Head Of Marketing

Role Description The Head of Marketing at Gestion de Empleos RD will lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy for the organization. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, coordinating branding and communications initiatives, guiding digital and traditional marketing activities, and aligning marketing efforts with business and sales objectives. The role also involves managing the marketing budget, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, analyzing market and campaign performance data, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The Head of Marketing will provide strategic leadership to the marketing team and contribute to growth planning in the Dubai market and beyond. Qualifications - Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. - Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes for data-driven decision-making. - Experience in Sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and support lead generation and conversion activities. - Public Relations expertise to manage brand reputation, media relations, and external communications. - Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally as Head of Marketing or Marketing Director. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in Dubai and remotely with diverse teams. - Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear action plans. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. - Experience in international or multicultural markets, particularly in the Middle East, is an advantage.
