Role Description You'll build and maintain modern front-ends in 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙩 + 𝙏𝙮𝙥𝙚𝙎𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩 across a variety of projects and plugins. It's a React-first, front-end-focused role where performance, security, reusable components and great UX matter, because applications run at scale and often handle large datasets. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 - Build responsive, high-performance web applications in 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙩 + 𝙏𝙮𝙥𝙚𝙎𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩 - Engineer for speed at scale — virtualization of large lists/tables, memoization, code-splitting, lazy loading and bundle budgets, tracking Core Web Vitals and p95, not just averages - Create reusable, well-structured UI components and share patterns across products - Turn UI/UX designs into high-quality, accessible interfaces - Integrate with platform REST APIs, authentication and real-time updates - Build responsive 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗪𝗔 (installable, offline-capable) expériences - Optimize for performance at scale — virtualization, memoization, code-splitting - Ship multilingual UIs (EN / FR / DE/ ES …) and keep tests green (Vitest / React Testing Library) - Collaborate with backend, QA, design and product; take part in code reviews Qualifications - 5 years front-end experience with strong, hands-on 𝖱𝖾𝖺𝖼𝗍.𝗃𝗌 (hooks, component architecture, state, render behaviour) - Proven production React apps and deep React ecosystem (routing, forms, custom hooks, reusable component libraries) - React state management — Context/Hooks plus Redux Toolkit or Zustand, and TanStack Query - 𝙏𝙮𝙥𝙚𝙎𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩, strong HTML5 / CSS3, responsive design - REST API integration and solid front-end performance skills - Git / GitLab and modern tooling (Vite) 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 · 𝗣𝗪𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 — the role may extend to a companion mobile app · Exposure to .𝗡𝗘𝗧 / 𝗖# (our plugin backends are .NET) — a plus, not required · SignalR / WebSockets, TanStack Table, data-viz / maps (MapLibre, charts), i18n, accessibility (WCAG), testing (Cypress / Playwright)
