Job Description

- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications - Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices - Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews - Translate business requirements into technical solutions - Drive delivery of features with focus on quality, performance, and timelines - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues - Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for successful delivery - Continuously improve engineering processes, automation, and system reliability Requirements Technical Skills - Frontend: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS - Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices - Architecture: System Design, Scalable Distributed Systems - Engineering Practices: Agile, Code Reviews, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization - Tools: Git, CI/CD, Monitoring & Logging Core Strengths - Strong ownership and accountability - Hands-on technical leadership - Problem-solving and debugging expertise - Cross-functional collaboration - Focus on clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions - Ability to balance delivery with engineering excellence
