Store Manager for a new Luxury Brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development has experience in Clienteling . You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. Responsibilities - Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability - Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance - Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store - Oversee stock and store operations - Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications - High school education or equivalent experience - Experience in Clienteling is a must - 2+ years' store management experience - Customer centric with a positive attitude - Knowledge of changes in fashion trends
