Team Lead (Russian Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Lead to lead, manage, and grow our sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the real estate sales team. - Set sales targets and monitor team performance. - Generate leads and support agents in closing deals. - Train and coach team members on sales and property knowledge. - Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers. - Prepare sales reports and ensure targets are achieved. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales. - Experience in both Offplan & Secondary - Previous team leadership/management experience preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Good knowledge of the UAE property market. - Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
