We look for candidates based on who they are as a person, and their potential, not their previous achievements. Listed in the following is what we are looking for: - Willing to put in the effort to learn new concepts and not being afraid of working in an unfamiliar environment - Ability to write code in Python comfortably and efficiently; knowledge of PySpark will be considered favourably - Open to working in a small team and ready to take on meaningful work early on in your career - Good communication skills; ability to explain concepts in understandable English - A good team player who understands that collaboration can lead to better results than doing everything by oneself - Self-motivated, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently - Fresh graduates welcome to apply
