Position Overview Details of the Division and Team: Loans & Structured Credit is a part of Global Financing & Credit Trading, Asia that covers a wide range of financing transactions for Asia corporate and institutional clients, including private credit and corporate loans, across senior and mezzanine parts of the capital structure. You can expect: - Competitive Salary and non-contributory pension - 25 days annual leave plus generous number of public holidays - Life Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your family - A range of flexible benefits including retail discounts, gym benefits, wellbeing incentives - The opportunity to support a wide ranging CSR program plus take volunteering leave days Your key responsibilities: - Partner with coverage teams to originate and evaluate financing opportunities, conduct due diligence, structure transactions, and lead end-to-end execution. - Lead the credit underwriting process, including thorough business and financial due diligence, financial modelling, credit memo preparation, and internal credit approval . - Collaborate with syndicate and sales teams to develop distribution strategies and execute transactions. - Lead client discussions and negotiate transaction structures, terms, and covenant packages. - Monitor and manage portfolio loan exposures. - Mentor and develop junior team members.
