Production Planning Engineer

Position Summary: Responsible for production planning, scheduling, and coordination of transformer manufacturing activities to ensure timely delivery, efficient resource utilization, and alignment between production, materials, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain production plans and schedules for transformer manufacturing orders. - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. - Monitor production progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans. - Ensure material and capacity availability to meet production and delivery targets. - Track production KPIs and prepare planning and progress reports. - Support production optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in production planning, preferably in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of production scheduling, ERP/MRP systems, and manufacturing processes. - Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - English language proficiency. 📍 Location: Saudi Arabia – Dammam (SPARK)
