This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a high-net-worth family and play a pivotal role in shaping the student's academic journey, university preparation strategy, and personal development roadmap. About The Role - Develop and oversee a personalised academic and university admissions roadmap for an international school student. - Assess the student's strengths, interests and aspirations, providing guidance on A-Level subject selection, academic planning and future study pathways. - Advise on university opportunities and admissions strategies across Hong Kong and Mainland China leveraging a strong university network and market knowledge. - Provide one-on-one academic mentoring and tutoring, while building effective study habits and supporting examination preparation. - Lead, coordinate and manage internal/external tutors, monitor academic progress, and serve as a trusted advisor to the family through regular updates and recommendations. The Successful Candidate - Bachelor's degree or above from a globally recognized university. - Minimum 8 years of experience in education, university counselling, or academic leadership. - Strong knowledge of A-Level curriculum and examination systems. - Extensive understanding of Hong Kong and Mainland China university admissions. - Proven experience advising students on higher education pathways. - Ability to build trust and rapport with teenagers and parents alike. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience coordinating multiple tutors or educational resources.
