The Company Our client is an established international bank continuing to build its corporate-banking franchise in Hong Kong. The team supports blue-chip and local corporate clients with their core banking and financing needs, while drawing on a broader platform across investment banking and global markets. This is an opportunity to join at a point where cross-selling and product-led dialogue are becoming more central to client coverage. The successful candidate will take a hybrid mandate: strengthening an existing portfolio while opening new relationships and bringing the right internal specialists into senior client conversations. The Role - Manage and deepen an existing portfolio of Hong Kong blue-chip and local corporate clients. - Originate new corporate-banking relationships and develop a pipeline of prospective clients. - Build account plans aligned with clients' strategic priorities and financing needs. - Lead senior client discussions and maintain strong relationship coverage. - Identify cross-selling opportunities across M&A, structured products and global markets. - Coordinate with internal product specialists to deliver integrated client solutions. - Monitor Hong Kong corporate-market developments and use market insight to support business development. Your Profile - 8-12 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management or corporate coverage. - Proven track record in both portfolio development and new-business origination. - Experience covering blue-chip and/or local corporates in Hong Kong. - Strong commercial judgement and senior stakeholder-management skills. - Comfortable working with investment-banking, structured-product and global-markets teams. - Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. - Self-directed and polished, with the ability to balance farming and hunting responsibilities.
