Operator, Threading

Role Summary: The Operator, Threading is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the CNC threading machine, making size changes as needed, maintaining a safe work environment, and producing quality products that meet all customer requirements while supporting continuous process improvement. Roles and Responsibilities: - Respond appropriately and where required provide information, reports and communicate effectively. - Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs as required. - Perform maintenance type tasks (Trade Assist) during planned and unplanned outages as required. - Ensure proper product identification and traceability throughout the process . - Perform Testing of Couplings as per POC requirement. - Completion of all required paperwork and / or electronic data collection. - Support SIC on any other task that may be assigned Qualification and Education: - High School Technical Diploma Experience: - 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, Basic computer, standard corporate software application skills are required, Good troubleshooting, analytical and decision making skills, Machine, tool, jaw and handling system setting
