About the Company A conglomerate mainly for real estate, specializing in residential, commercial, and shopping mall property investment and development projects Responsibilities: - Be responsible for cost planning, cost control, procurement management, and construction cost management - Provides full general quantity surveying services includes pre and post contract stage, preparation of budget and cost estimation, tendering, project cost management, contract management and claims assessment - Liaise with project management and other parties - To control budget, progress and quality of construction projects - To supervise performance of service providers Requirements: - Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent - At least 15+ years of working experience - Professional level in English is an advantage - Experience in overseeing a project from commencement to completion is an advantage If you are a driven and experienced professional ready to take your career to the next level, please submit your resume with current and expected salary.
