Job Description

Aslant Legal is partnering with our client, a US Law Firm, on the search for an Associate to join the firm’s Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”) practice. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer looking to build their career within a sophisticated and internationally recognised Corporate practice, working alongside experienced practitioners on complex, high-value and cross-border transactions. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate and M&A matters and work with clients across multiple industries, while being part of a collaborative team within a global platform. For lawyers who enjoy the fast-paced nature of transactional work and are looking to take the next step in their M&A careers, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop their technical expertise and gain exposure to market-leading work at a top-tier international firm. Requirements: - 3 to 5 years of PQE - Singapore-qualified - Solid training and background within a top-tier law firm as part of the firm’s M&A practice.
