The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards, codes, and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities - Implement and monitor Quality Control procedures for construction activities on site. - Inspect works and materials to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. - Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs/WIRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants. - Review Method Statements, Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, and technical documents. - Identify non-conformities, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, inspection reports, checklists, and documentation. - Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project teams to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved. - Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials throughout the construction process. - Ensure compliance with the project QA/QC Plan, applicable codes, specifications, and safety requirements. - Participate in inspections, testing, and quality-related meetings as required. - Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of quality issues.Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Quality Control Engineer in construction projects. - Strong knowledge of quality standards, specifications, inspection procedures, and construction practices. - Experience working with Consultants, Contractors, and Third-Party Inspectors. - Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation, including IRs, WIRs, NCRs, ITPs, Method Statements, and Checklists. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. - Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. - Site-based construction experience is mandatory.Why Join Us? - Opportunity to work on major construction and general contracting projects. - Professional and collaborative working environment. - Opportunities for career development and leadership growth. - Exposure to challenging and high-profile construction projects. - Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given priority.
