Real Estate Agent — Fancy Homes Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time About Fancy Homes Fancy Homes is a Dubai-based real estate company connecting clients with residential and commercial properties across the city. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the Dubai property market and a passion for delivering excellent client service. Key Responsibilities - Source and list residential/commercial properties for sale or rent - Conduct property viewings and client meetings - Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and available options - Negotiate offers between buyers/sellers or landlords/tenants - Build and maintain a strong network of clients and leads - Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations - Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and deals Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market - Must own a car (valid UAE driving license required) - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets - RERA certification is a plus - Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage Compensation - Basic salary: AED 4,000/month - Commission: 25% - Terms and conditions apply
