Sales Associate – Emirati National Only Job Title: Sales Associate Job Location: All Across UAE Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Emirati Nationals to join our team as Sales Associates across various locations in the UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the showroom/store. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. - Achieve individual and team sales targets. - Explain product features, benefits, prices, and promotions to customers. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. - Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage repeat business. - Ensure the sales area/showroom is clean, organized, and well presented. - Assist with stock checking, product displays, and replenishment when required. - Process sales transactions accurately and coordinate with the cashier/accounts team. - Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. - Keep updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends. - Prepare and maintain basic sales-related reports when required. Job Requirements - Emirati National – Mandatory. - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant qualification is an advantage. - Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or showroom operations is preferred. - Freshers may also be considered based on the company's requirements. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. - Strong selling and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Good command of Arabic and English is preferred. - Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required. - Candidates should be willing to work at different locations across the UAE.
